I had to speak with someone prior to stopping to check on my booking. The member of staff was absolutely brilliant on the phone. Very helpand friendly. Then on arrival the reception staff were so nice and welcoming and again on departure The room we had was on the top floor. It was an executive room and was very spacious and very comfortable and clean with a lovely bath and shower. . The multi storey car park was just next door which was so handy and underneath that is a Co op for all your needs and handy if you forget something although the hotel can supply extra toiletries if needed for a charge. The location is excellent you can do less than 10 min walk to the tram, the lowry and the quayside. Manchester is a hop on the tram and off again or the Trafford Centre. We didn't eat at the hotel as we ate out, there's so many places to choose from nearby. It's about 12 min walk to theatre and 25 mins to Old Trafford should you wish to go. Can't fault this hotel and would definitely be back. Thanks to all the staff there who maintain and help staff and run this place its a credit to them all.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. It must have been a busy weekend for them with several events on in the city but they were always happy to not just help, but also chat. Brought scissors to the room when I needed to cut some tags off clothes, happily fixed our key cards for us, etc. Just brilliant. Room was comfy and clean, and bathroom was lovely. Desk with lamp and TV were a nice touch. Floor to ceiling window with loads of natural light and all the amenities you could need - kettle, tea and coffee, iron, etc. Thought it was great value for the location and the level of comfort. Didn't use the gym or restaurant and didn't get breakfast so can't comment on that.

A very clean and modern hotel. 1031 was a quiet corner room with two windows that provided great views of the area. It’s a decent size with a comfortable bed and we both had a great nights sleep. Breakfast is £20 pp and was really good, with plenty of food options available and the staff were very professional and helpful. We used the multi storey car park next to the Premier Inn and walked the 5 minute route to the Holiday Inn. You get an £11 discount on 24 hrs of parking here by giving your car park ticket to the hotel receptionist. The purpose of our visit was to do the Coronation Street Tour and it was an easy 10 minute walk from the hotel to the venue.

Looks great from outside and inside it is immaculate! The ladies on the check in desk were fantastic and so helpful. We had our dog with us and needed a bowl for water for her and the lady obtained one for us. The lady also showed us how to operate the lift with your card. Security it great so nobody can just walk in and go up the lift! It felt safe. We will book again as it’s central to all attractions. Great location. Bedroom was spacious for us and our dog. Bed was very comfortable and the tea/coffee facilities was good and there’s a local coop where you buy more milk and tea or coffee it’s located next door as is the parking.

All the staff were so friendly and did their utmost to make our stay a memorable one, The room was very well appointed, clean and serviced daily and the view from the 15th floor looking out over the City was great. The Hotel is situated centrally for all that is going on in and around Salford Media City whether it be The Lowry. Coronation Street Tour, The Vue cinema, a boat trip on the Canal and river Irwell and several restaurants. Car parking is next door and discount is given for staying at The Holiday Inn. Breakfast is fantastic with a great choice for all tastes and staff very keen to help with a smile.
